  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you’re unsatisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your subscription, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

  • Conditions:

    • Applies only to monthly subscription plans (Launch Pad, Local Leader, National Authority).

    • Does not apply to custom or enterprise plans (Global Dominator, Custom Empire) or one-time fees (e.g., SEO audits).


2. Refund Eligibility

We’ll issue refunds in these cases:

  • Technical errors on our end that prevent service delivery.

  • Failure to meet guaranteed deliverables outlined in your plan (e.g., missing blog posts, keyword reports).

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed keyword reports, published blog posts).

  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain purchases, paid tools used for your campaign).

  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period.


3. How to Request a Refund
